INGREDIENTS:

• 60ml/2oz Irish Whiskey

• 15ml/1/2oz Elderflower Liqueur

• 23ml/3/4oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon

• 15ml/1/2oz Simple Syrup

• 2 Cucumber Slices, cut into quarter-inch

  METHOD:

• Muddle the cucumber slices into the shaker

• Add the rest of the ingredients

• Shake over ice

• Double strain into your favourite glass over an ice cube

• Garnish & Enjoy
